Biography

Marta Lucia Alcolea born in the City of Buenos Aires in 1955. Spent in teaching in an elementary school in the province of Buenos Aires, serving later as a special teacher of drawing and practical activities. In 1975 he began working in the public sector leaving his teaching career.

Marta Lucia Alcolea born in the City of Buenos Aires in 1955. Spent in teaching in an elementary school in the province of Buenos Aires, serving later as a special teacher of drawing and practical activities. In 1975 he began working in the public sector leaving his teaching career.

Experiment with color and monochrome photography, earning several awards and commendations.

He began his painting in 2004 from the hand of Professor Andrea Raya with paint on canvas. There he developed his passion for flowers, putting the service of the decoration of objects.

From of 2008 entered into various competitions and exhibitions.

The first one in September 2008 at the Sheraton Hotel, a group show.

Participate in the 1st contest of decorative painting in the Art Gallery of San Telmo Beatriz Caicedo, gets an Honorable Mention with his "Splendid" in November 2008

This year in 1st Painting Competition on the Victorial Palacio de San Telmo also gets an honorable mention in his book "Path of Petals" April 2009

Solo show at the CGPC Floresta 10, May 2009

Group show at the gallery where Zaid Graciela Diaz was selected as an artist with his works "Make Maidens and Light" in August 2009
